Private Offices
Starting at $600 per month.
Additional memberships added are $50 per in addition to the cost of the office.
Add on Mail Service for $20 per month
These offices provide a private space for the Member to work and grow in their own customizable space. Each Member, that has an office space, will receive a desk and a chair for use in their office. The Member can then customize the space to their liking. These offices are secured by code access locks that allows the Member a safe and secure environment to work in. These spaces range from 90 sq ft to 185 sq ft and the monthly cost of each space is based on the square footage.
Co-Working
24/7 Access = $200 per month
3 Day a Week Access = $150 per month
2 Day a Week Access = $100 per month
Day Pass = $20 per day
Add on Mail Service for $20 per month
Co-Working Memberships are available for those that would like a place to work and network with other professionals, but would also like the flexibility that comes with a Co-Working space.
Co-Working is a “coffee shop on steroids”. It is open seating for those using it, but it is a secure, quiet, safe place for people to come in and work or have meetings.
Conference Room
$40 per hour
The Conference Room is the PERFECT place for any meeting, business or not. It has a 55 inch television with HDMI access and an Apple TV. It also has two white boards to allow for easy note taking and brainstorming throughout your discussions.
It includes a mini coffee bar and private bathroom.
Catalyst Membership
$50 per Month
The Catalyst Membership is perfect for a business person that wants a place to call “home”, but doesn’t need a consistent place to physically work. This Membership offers Mail Service and one day of Co-Working per month, as well as access to Membership discounts.
